It shouldn’t be a surprise that bullying exists within adult communities, especially when you consider the vast number of schoolyard bullying stories that still permeate the media to this day.

That behavior has to be learned somewhere, and stories like this are proof bullies learn at home from their horrible parents. A recent wedding was the scene for the event that caused a woman to take to social media to express her disgust at the behavior of some of the other wedding guests, all because of a dress she was wearing.

If only I knew that choosing this dress for a wedding on a 90 degree day meant so many women would be outrightly rude to me, and even come up behind me slap my ass as I’m standing alone. As quote ” it was a dare from her friends, bc I was a target.” And then proceed to spill a full beer down my arm?????? Just one of maaaaany acts of kindness of the night!

Yup. That happened. Good thing for thick skin, being able to laugh at things and not take it personally, and good friends/hubby by my side ???? #adultsarebullystoo Regardless, we had one heck of s fun night and no “grown” women’s comments/glares could bring me down as a wedding guest:)

Liz Krueger is the woman in question, and she wore a dress to the recent wedding that was a bit short and tight, but still completely acceptable for a social event on a hot day. However, according to Krueger, she was instantly the target of other women at the party who didn’t appear to appreciate her choice in clothing.

She was treated rudely by female guests she didn’t even know simply because of her appearance, and one woman even came up and slapped her on the behind, claiming it was a dare perpetrated by a group of nearby women giggling like immature schoolgirls and not proper wedding guests as they should have been behaving. Another woman purposely spilled a beer on Krueger, seemingly aiming for the dress in question.

Krueger states she felt she got more negative attention from other women than positive or even neutral attention from men. She was able to shrug off the nonverbal catcalling of the other women and actually enjoy her time at the wedding.
