Are you a Harry Potter super fan with a ton of extra cash lying around? Then we have some very good news for you. The real home used in the very first “Harry Potter” film is up for grabs. That is, if you have a spare 475,000, or roughly $619,000.

The home, located in the Berkshire area in England, was the location for the house where audiences first see Harry in the first film, before he gets his iconic letter to Hogwarts.

While the home had a rustic look in the first film, it has since been renovated to have a more modern look. However, while the owners have made many renovations, they weren’t crazy.

They kept Harry’s under-the-stairs tiny bedroom in tact. Only a fool would tear down such an integral part of cinematic history.

The owners attempted to sell the home before in 2003, but could not find a buyer willing to fork over their asking price.

Now they’re giving it another go, with the hopes that nostalgia will help to influence buyers’ decisions. It would be a true joy for any Harry Potter fan to live in Harry’s actual childhood home.

However, since most of us can’t afford the astronomical price, we’ll just have to make do with pretending that we have a tiny little room under our stairs.
