There are homeless people who make their homes from boxes and in the darker areas of subways in large cities. Even though one man lives in an abandoned subway in New York, he has managed to make a stunning home with very few materials.
For most people, they spend a lot of money just on food and other basic necessities while in the city.
Carlos doesn’t have that kind of money, and he saw no other way to have somewhere to live than by creating his home in the subway. Carlos built his home underneath a train station in the city.
He has everything from a coffee maker to a mini fridge. He lives in an area that is quiet with very little in the way of disturbances aside from the trains that roll past over his head.
This home is likely nicer than some of the other locations in the city where homeless people and even those with money are able to maintain. Many people have seen the video of Carlos’ home.
They are astounded at what he has created and commend him for the bravery that he has exhibited. His living quarters might be small, but with a little paint and electricity, he is able to survive.
