Heinz is one of the most loved and trusted ketchup brands in the world. However, once a video was leaked from one of their factories in Egypt, customers are now thinking twice about eating what they once thought was delicious ketchup.

This video shows rotten tomatoes being used in the production of Heinz ketchup. Heinz is working hard to cover their tracks.

With an all new PR campaign, Heinz is trying to remind customers of how delicious their ketchup has been for years. The company is reminding consumers that they are committed to quality 100%.

However, it may be hard for consumers to forget this viral rotten tomato video. This video even ended up causing the head of Heinz Egypt his job. It isn’t sure who filmed this video, but it has caused an uproar in the food processing community.

Many other food manufacturing workers have come out and said they remember using moly fruits in the production of jams and other types of processed foods. Heinz has released a statement which confirms that this video was in fact shot in their factory. Heinz referred to the footage as unreal.

It is hard to see how Heinz would think this footage that was obviously filmed on a cellphone was tampered with. It will be interesting to see if Heinz will be able to have this video removed from the internet.

With the amount of times this video has been reuploaded, it will most likely not be able to be completely removed from the internet.
