Lyndsay and Matthew Brentlinger celebrated the birth of twins on December 17, 2016. Doctors told the mother that the chances of survival for the baby boy would be low and that there was a possibility that the baby would be stillborn. William and Reagan were born alive. They were small, but both had their eyes open shortly after being born. William looked like a healthy baby, but the parents knew that there were heart defects that would mean the baby not living long after the birth. Mandy Edwards offered to find a photographer who could take pictures of the babies as a Christmas gift. Lindsey Brown answered the call and took pictures of the precious babies. Brown met with the parents and the babies only a few days after they were born with her camera ready. The photographer took pictures of the babies in their final moments, some of them with William having his arm over his sister’s shoulder. The babies looked perfect, but the parents knew that there wasn’t a lot of time left before William would succumb to the issues with his heart. William made it to 11 days old. Thanks to Brown’s services, the family has pictures that they can cherish for the rest of their lives. A couple is thanking a photographer who captured their brief moments as a family of four before losing one of their twins.
