Braden Garnett is an 11-year-old boy who lives in Perkins, Illinois.
He wanted to have a birthday party, but unfortunately, he did not have a lot of friends because he had autism. He was also bullied by other students. Braden’s mom, Carrie, stated that only one or two kids showed up to Braden’s parties in the past.
She felt bad for her son, so she decided to do something special for him.Carrie called the police officer and asked if she could get two off-duty cops to come to her home.
However, both Carrie and Braden were in for a surprise. The entire police department came. The mayor and firefighters also attended the party. Braden stated that he knew that he was going to get a surprise.
However, he was not expecting that many people to show up at his party.
Not only did Braden have a lot of guests at his party, but they all chipped in and brought him a police station Lego set.
Braden also got to shoot everyone at the party with paint balls. Braden and his mom decided that they were going to thank everyone for attending the party. They delivered sweets to everyone at the police department.
