First, put your stovetop on low heat. Second, put two packets of clarified butter into a pot over the low flame. After letting the butter the butter melt for a bit, put in a thermometer and wait for it to hit 122 degrees Fahrenheit.

While the butter is melting, get out a dry aged T-bone steak. Place the steak in the pot when the temperature is right and let it cook for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes of cooking, take the T-bone out carefully and dab it with a paper towel.

After patting the steak, be sure your grill is preheated to very high heat. Once it’s ready, sear both sides of the steak for 45 seconds each.
