Most kids are singing “Jingle Bells” or “Joy to the World” this year.

Those songs are fun and easy to sing. Amira Willighagen isn’t sticking to these safe choices.

Instead, this 11-year-old powerhouse is spending her December belting out “O Holy Night.” As the special guest of the Nijmegen Men’s Choir, she had the perfect forum to share her singing talents with the world.

It’s hard to believe that she’s not even performing in her native language. Amira is a natural talent, and she has no trouble tackling the English consonants. As she sings, it looks like her tiny frame can barely contain the power of her voice.

She uses her diaphragm to fill the halls of the church where she’s performing. In the video, you can see how the crowd is mesmerized by her singing. They stay quiet and attentive throughout the entire 4-minute performance.

Amira is a beautiful little girl with a beautiful voice. She’s also lovely on the inside. The tiny performer gives half of her earnings to her charity. With her support, the organization builds playgrounds in underprivileged areas.

Her compassion for others shows in the amazing spiritual performance she gives. She embodies the true Christmas spirit with her words and her actions.
